Meditazione mensile dal  20 GENNAIO al 20 FEBBRAIO 2010

Sono da sempre intrigato da un termine che Gesù di Nazareth ha usato per descrivere una specifica dimensione della realtà che ''è in noi, attorno a noi ma che non vediamo''. Sento che qui c'è una importante chiave per l’attuale ristrutturazione dello spazio della realtà in cui viviamo. Era solito chiamare questa dimensione secondo il linguaggio Biblico come il '' Regno dei Cieli '' ma non sono certo che la traduzione dall'Aramaico sia esatta.

A volte viene tradotta come “Regno di Dio” il che significherebbe che si tratta di una dimensione della realtà attraverso la quale la divina presenza può esprimersi qui ed ora.

Secondo la mia percezione questo regno è una costituzione autonoma della sfera del mondo che io chiamo ''Cosmo della Terra''. Gesù sorprendentemente lo descriveva sempre usando qualità etiche, mai come una dimensione energetica.

Credo che il ''Regno dei Cieli'' si riferisca alla dimensione più sottile del mondo manifesto.

Non esiste materia  o  energia che sia sufficientemente pura per permetterle di manifestarsi.

Ciò che è sufficientemente sottile, sono le qualità etiche, - ancorate nel sistema del cuore umano -, se esse non vibrano, anche la dimensione del "Regno dei cieli" non può esistere, come una dimensione della realtà.

Questo significa che le qualità etiche non hanno niente a che vedere con qualità morali ma che sono strumenti creativi per rendere il mondo un luogo più bello e pieno di vita.

Questa meditazione ha lo scopo di aiutare la nostra co-creazione cosciente dello strato più sottile della vita.

● Sii connesso ed emozionalmente presente.

● Immagina che l'elemento Acqua sia concentrato intorno alla parte più bassa del tuo corpo.

Allo stesso tempo il potere della Luce (Elemento fuoco) sia concentrato attorno alla parte superiore del corpo, sopra le spalle.

● A questo punto l'elemento acqua comincia a risalire con la forma di un vortice danzante verso il tuo centro cuore.

L'elemento fuoco scende verso lo stesso punto.

Concedi del tempo alla danza del fuoco e dell'acqua nella zona del tuo cuore.

● Poi connetti i due elemeti con una certa qualità eticha a tua scelta.

● La sintesi, così come accade, rappresenta uno degli aspetti di quello che chiamiamo ''Regno dei Cieli''.

● Sii cosciente che ci sono altre persone che sostengono diversi aspetti di questo spazio della realtà appena scoperto.

● Adesso dimentica tutte le visualizzazioni ed entra in questo spazio della realtà attraverso il tuo cuore. Cerca di sentirlo o percepirlo in modo da confermare la sua esistenza.

MEDITATION OF THE MONTH JANUARY 20TH TO FEBRUARY 20TH 2010

I am since ever puzzled by the term that Jesus of Nazareth used to describe a specific dimension of reality that “is within us and around us, but we do not see it”. I feel here is an important key for the present restructuring of the space of reality we live in. He used to call this dimension in the Biblical language as“Kingdom of heavens” but I am not sure if the translation from Aramaic is proper.

Sometimes it is translated as “Kingdom of God” which would mean that it is a dimension of reality through which the divine presence can express here and now.

According to my perception this “Kingdom” is an autonomous world sphere coconstituting

what I call “Earth cosmos”. Jesus used to describe it surprisingly always with some ethical qualities, never as an energetic dimension.

I believe “Kingdom of heavens” refers to the most subtle world dimension that exists. There is no matter or energy that would be enough fine to enable it to manifest. What is subtle enough are ethical qualities anchored within human heart system. If they do not vibrate, also the dimension of “Kingdom of heaven” can not exist as a dimension of reality.

This means that ethical qualities are not matter of morality but are creative tools to make world more beautiful and full of life. The meditation is meant to support our conscious co-creation of the most subtle layer of life.

· Be connected and emotionally present.

· Imagine that the Element of water is concentrating around the lower part of your body.

· At the same time the power of light (Element fire) is concentrating around the upper part of the body above shoulders.

· Now the water Element starts to rise in the form of a dancing whirlpool towards your heart centre, the Element of fire yet is coming down towards the same goal. Take time for the dance of fire and water in the area of your heart.

· Then connect both Elements with some ethical quality according to your choice.

· The synthesis thus occurring represents one of the many corners of the socalled “Kingdom of heavens”.

· Be aware that there are other people who uphold other corners of this newly discovered space of reality.

· Now forget all images and step into this space of reality through your heart. Try to feel or perceive it to confirm its existence.
